Mental Health has become a top priority for the construction industry. The CDC tells us that construction carries some of the highest rates of suicide of any industry. It doesn't have to be this way. Join an exciting movement within construction that is making a difference: Get trained in Mental Health Essentials!
About the Course
This 4-Hour Mental Health Essential course will train you how to understand, recognize, and respond to the most common mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. This course hits similar objectives as the 8-hour Mental Health First Aid course, but in half the time. Learn an easy to remember action plan as well as evidence-based tools to recognize when someone is struggling and how to connect them to appropriate help.
